Forgot login credentials

  • Forgot Numbrs password

If you registered for the Numbrs App by creating an account using your email address and a self-defined password, you can recover your password by following these steps:

  1. In order to recover your Numbrs password, please open the Numbrs app and select 'Log in'.
  2. On the login screen, press 'Forgot password?'.
  3. Please enter the email address you use to log in to Numbrs and confirm. You will now receive an email with a personal code for reseting your password.
  4. Please enter the 6-digit PIN and press 'Continue'.
  5. You can now set a new password and confirm it.
  6. As with every login, you will be asked to enter your security code.

You have successfully set a new password.

If you registered by using your Apple ID or Google account, you cannot reset your password via the Numbrs app. In case you registered using Apple as your identity provider, you have to reset your password via your Apple ID. You can find detailed instructions here. Alternatively, if you registered using Google as your identity provider, you have to reset your password via your Google account. You can find detailed instructions here.

  • Forgot Numbrs security code

If you registered for the Numbrs App by creating an account using your email address and a self-defined password, you can reset your security code by following these steps:

  1. Please open the Numbrs app.
  2. On the login screen, press 'Forgot code?'.
  3. Please enter your email address and your Numbrs password.
  4. After entering your email address and your Numbrs password, please enter your new 6-digit security code and repeat it to confirm it.

You have successfully set a new security code.

If you registered by using your Apple ID or Google account, you can reset your security code by following these steps:

  1. Please open the Numbrs App.
  2. On the login screen, press 'Forgot code?'.
  3. On the new screen that will be presented, select 'Next'. You will receive an email with a link to reset your security code. Please note that this link is only valid for 10 minutes. After it has expired you have to request a new link.
  4. Press the link from the email, enter your new 6-digit security code and repeat it to confirm it.

You have successfully set a new security code.
