Forgot login credentials

Forgot Email address

If you are having issues logging in via our web app, please make sure that you use the email address associated with your Numbrs account. You can verify to see what email address is associated with your Numbrs account by following the steps outlined below:

  1. Please open the Numbrs app.
  2. In your navigation bar, tap on the Profile icon. Flowers
  3. In your profile tab, tap on ‘Account settings’ and select ‘Email address’.

  • If you signed up by using your Apple ID, you can also find your associated email address on your iPhone by following the steps below:
    1. Please open the Settings app on your device, then tap your name.
    2. Tap now on ‘Password & Security’.
    3. Please tap on ‘Apps Using Your Apple ID’.
    4. Select the Numbrs app.
    5. You should now see a field called ‘Hide my email’. The email address connected to your account is shown here.

  • If you signed up by using your Google Account, you can also find your associated email address by following the steps below:
    1. Please go to the Security section of your Google Account.
    2. Under ‘Third-party apps with account access’, select ‘Manage third-party access’.
    3. If the Numbrs app is listed, the email address connected to your account is shown here.
    4. If the Numbrs app is not listed, please repeat all steps with your other Google Accounts, until you found the app listed.

Forgot Security Code

  1. Please open the Numbrs app.
  2. When prompted to enter your security code please select ‘Forgot code?’ on the upper right corner.
  3. On the pop-up screen, select ‘Continue’. You will be asked to login again.
  4. Please enter your email address and tap ‘Continue’.
  5. You will receive an email with a link to finalize your login. Please note that this link is only valid for approx. 20 minutes. After it expired, you have to request a new link by repeating the process.
  6. Tap on the link from the email, enter your new 6-digit security code and repeat it to confirm it.

You have successfully set a new security code.

Note: If you registered for the Numbrs app by creating an account using your email address and a self-defined password, you will be prompted to enter your login credentials after selecting ‘Forgot code?’. You will then be able to reset the security code within the app.
