Changing your login credentials

  • Changing your Email address

If you registered for the Numbrs App by creating an account using your email address and a self-defined password, you can reset your email by following these steps:

  1. Please open the Numbrs app in order to change your email address.
  2. In your navigation bar, press the Profile icon.

  3. On your profile tab, press ‘User account’ and select ‘Email address’.

  4. Please enter your new email address and repeat it to confirm.
  5. After you have confirmed your email address, please select ‘Save’.

You have successfully changed your email address in Numbrs.

If you registered by using your Apple ID or Google account, you cannot change your email address via the Numbrs app.

  • Changing your Numbrs Password

If you registered for the Numbrs App by creating an account using your email address and a self-defined password, you can reset your password by following these steps:

  1. Please open the Numbrs app in order to change your password.
  2. On your navigation bar, press the Profile icon.

  3. On your profile tab, press ‘User account’ and select ‘Password’.

  4. Please enter your current password.
  5. Enter your new password and repeat it to confirm. Your Numbrs password requires a minimum of eight characters, including at least:
    • One lower case
    • One upper case
    • One number
  6. Once you confirmed your new password, please press ‘Save’.

You have successfully changed your Numbrs password.

However, we recommend using an entire passphrase. Please review our guide on ‘How to choose a secure password’.

If you registered by using your Apple ID or Google account, you can not change your password via the Numbrs app. In case you registered using Apple as your identity provider, your password must be changed via your Apple ID. You can find detailed instructions here. Alternatively, if you registered using Google as your identity provider, your password must be changed via your Google account. You can find detailed instructions here.

  • Changing your security code

  1. Please open the Numbrs app in order to change your security code.
  2. On your navigation bar, press the Profile icon.

  3. On your Profile tab, press ‘User account’ and select ‘Security code’.

  4. Please enter your current security code.
  5. Enter a new 6-digit security code and repeat it to confirm.

You have successfully changed your security code in Numbrs.
