Access the section right in Numbrs and you will get an assortment of popular FAQ, as well as general ones. We began to include videos into our articles so you can read and see things for yourself.
The quick search lets you discover any answer to any question you might have. The FAQ can be found by tapping on the profile icon in Numbrs and then on “Support”. The layout explains itself. We have placed two popular articles on the top, which allow users to jump into relevant guides instantly. This enables them to receive an answer to their question as fast as possible.
Underneath, there are seven general topics, which can be freely browsed. Here we have bundled all our knowledge on everything Numbrs. The order of each help topic is chosen by relevance to our users. Lastly, each help article contains a list of related articles. Should more information about a similar topic be required, these links give instant access to exactly that. If there are any remaining questions, the support team can easily be contacted via the chat icon underneath each article.
