I cannot access my account

If you have problems adding your bank account, it’s usually due to one of the following issues:

Your bank requires a special set up

You can find all special configurations required under ‘Special Bank Cases’ in our FAQ section.

Your online banking access has been locked

You have entered your online banking credentials incorrectly too many times and now your access is locked. If so, we unfortunately cannot unlock your account for you, as your passwords are a security matter between you and your bank. The customer service of your bank should be able to help you quickly.
