Sometimes there may be a delay until transactions are displayed in Numbrs. Therefore, please verify your current balance by directly logging in to the online banking platform of your bank.
In case you see suspicious transactions you did not authorise, immediately contact your bank to determine the origin of such transactions. If your suspicions are correct, your bank should issue you a new card or provide new internet banking credentials.
