It is important to know that at the moment it is only possible to log in without Secure Key, e.g. using your password. Logging in using Secure Key is currently not supported.
Please enter the username you created during the activation of your HSBC online banking. It is the same one you use to log in to your online banking on the HSBC website.
Please provide the ‘Memorable Answer’ to the memorable question that you are asked when logging in to your HSBC online banking.
Please use the same password you use to log in to your HSBC online banking when not logging in with a Secure Key.
