a) Right to withdraw consent. If you have given your consent to our processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of data which was conducted before the withdrawal of consent.
b) Right of access to your personal data. You have the right to ask us to confirm whether we are processing any of your personal data. If this is the case, you have a right to access that personal data and supplementary information about the processing of that personal data. The right to information covers information regarding the purposes for which we process your personal data, the categories of your personal data that we process and the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your personal data has been or is still being disclosed. Please note that the right of access is not an absolute right and that the legitimate interests of other persons may restrict the right of access to information.
c) Right to correction. You have the right to ask us to correct your personal data where it is inaccurate. You may also have the option of correcting this yourself directly in the Numbrs App. In due consideration of the purposes of the processing of personal data you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data – by additional request.
d) Right to request that we delete your personal data (“right to be forgotten”). You have the right to request that, under certain circumstances, the personal data that we process about you shall be deleted, except where we are bound by legal obligation or we need to retain such data to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
e) Right to restrict processing. You have the right to request that we restrict processing of your personal data under certain circumstances. In this case, the personal data concerned will be flagged accordingly and, if necessary, only processed for specific purposes.
f) Right to data portability. Under certain circumstances you have the right to data portability with regard to your personal data where this is personal data which you have provided to us. You have the right to request receipt of this data in a structured, common and electronic format and to transmit that data to another controller.
g) Right to object. Under certain circumstances you have the right to object to processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation. This also applies to the profiling of your personal data in connection with the processing. You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time, free of charge. The same applies to processing of personal data, including profiling, if this is in relation to direct marketing. h) Right to complaints. You have the right to file a complaint with the local data protection authority if you believe that we have not complied with applicable data protection laws with regards to the processing of personal data.
