- Open the Numbrs app.
- Go to the profile icon in your navigation bar.
- Tap on the bank access you want to remove.
- Tap on ‘Remove bank access’ at the bottom and confirm your decision to remove the bank from your Numbrs user account.
- To confirm your action, enter your Numbrs password – not to be confused with your 6 digit security code.
- Tap on ‘Remove’.
Your bank account has now been irrevocably deleted from the Numbrs app.
Please note, that deleting your bank account will permanently erase all data and settings associated with your account from our servers. This also includes user-defined settings and changes made to the categorisation of specific transactions. If you wish to add this bank account again in the future, all user-defined settings will have to be entered again.
