If you registered for the Numbrs App by creating an account using your email address and a self-defined password, you can reset your password by following these steps:
- Open the Numbrs app.
- Go to the profile icon in your navigation bar.
- Tap on ‘User account’ and select ‘Password’.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password and repeat it to confirm.
- Tap on ‘Save’.
You have successfully changed your Numbrs password.
Please bear in mind: Your Numbrs password has to have a minimum of eight characters - at least one lower case, one upper case and one number is required. Have a look at our guide on ‘How to choose a secure password’.
If you registered by using your Apple ID or Google account, you can not change your password via the Numbrs app.
If you subscribed via the Apple App Store, you have to change your password via your Apple ID. You can find detailed instructions here.
