Since the 14th of September, Banks and FinTechs were required to implement the new PSD2 directives.
While it is our utmost priority to provide the best online banking experience, as banks continue updating their system to PSD2, you may experience issues in our app in the coming weeks.
The slow implementation from banks is currently leading to some connection problems when registering or using the app.
We are working hard on fixing these issues and will provide you with timely updates and we will inform you once all issues are solved.

Timeline refresh issues
⚠️ Slow or unsuccessful timeline refresh: As banks are still transitioning to PSD2 standards you may experience slow or unsuccessful timeline refresh.
⚠️ Credentials required after every timeline refresh: Once all banks complete their PSD2 migration, credentials will only be required once every 90 days.
