Since there are different approaches to set up your account with the Volksbank or Raiffeisenbank, depending on your branch, we have listed the most common ones:
Alias
If you have an Alias you can use it to login.
VR-NetKey with 16 digits
If your VR-NetKey consists of 16 digits please add the prefix ‘VRK’ – e.g., ‘VRK1234567890123456’.
VR-NetKey with 5 to 11 digits
If your VR-NetKey consists of 5 to 11 digits please enter it without a prefix – e.g., ‘12345678’.
PIN
Please enter the same PIN that you use for your online banking.
Where can I find my login credentials?
The VR-Kennung and VR-NetKey are identical. You can find your VR-NetKey at your online banking portal: either under ‘Verwaltung’ (or ‘Service’) and then under ‘Alias’, or in the menu ‘Service und Verwaltung’ under ‘VR-Kennung verwalten’.
