To set up your Comdirect Bank account in Numbrs, we ask you to pay attention to the described specifics:
Important: Bank sort code (‘Bankleitzahl’)
If you receive the error message that the user does not match with the ‘Bankleitzahl’, please verify that have selected the right bank branch of the Comdirect Bank. You can find the ‘Bankleitzahl’ in your IBAN from digit 5 to 12. E.g. if your IBAN starts with ‘DE00 1234 5678’, your bank sort code would be ‘1234 5678’.
Zugangsnummer/Username
Please enter your 8-digit Zugangsnummer and make sure that you do not switch your Zugangsnummer with your 7-digit account number. You can also use your username to login.
PIN/Password
Please enter the same PIN or password that you use for your online banking.
