The Role

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and well-organized Technology Recruiter to join our remote team. This position will require someone who is adaptable in a changing environment and who is passionate about delivering high quality results in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will manage the recruiting process end-to-end, ensuring high-touch candidate experience. You source and interact with potential candidates online, develop talent pipelines and conduct initial candidate and technical interviews. You are creating and reviewing job specifications and you are responsible for screening CVs for technology positions and are conducting technical interviews with candidates. You are the first point of contact for our CTO and Head of Product for all recruiting related activities.

Key Qualifications:

  • strong technology knowledge, preferably degree in Computer Science
  • demonstrated success in filling high hiring-bar requisitions, where only the most exceptional talent is accepted
  • several years of recruiting experience in a dynamic environment
  • several years of experience hiring for technology roles
  • detailed knowledge of modern sourcing techniques
  • good interviewing skills
  • outstanding writing and communication skills in English
  • organisational talent, able to set priorities and work under pressure
  • high resilience and flexibility
