Numbrs CEO Oyvind Oanes attended Paris Fintech Forum

Numbrs CEO Oyvind Oanes attended this week the well-known Paris Fintech Forum 2018. Invited by the founder and president of the event as well as FinTech’s popular figure Brett King, Oyvind decided to make one of his rare appearances at a conference.

Oyvind was invited to speak about Numbrs’ unique technology and finance platform in front of an exclusive group of management members of traditional banks, fintech entrepreneurs and potential business partners. Following this speech Oyvind was participating on a panel discussion on the topic “Finance as a Platform” moderated by Brett King.

The panel discussed how PSD2 and Open Banking enables innovation and the development of platforms to make banking and financial services much more fluid, faster and transparent — and gives the user more control over their financial lives. The topic was discussed together with participants from Fintech as well as with the Head of Digital at HSBC.

The Paris FinTech Forum is an international known conference taking place over two intensive days in January with over 2’500 attendees. During these two days the conference addressed all key issues at the heart of the news of digital finance in general and Fintech in particular.

Over 200 Fintech and Bank CEOs from all over the world were participating on panel discussions and interviews as well as presenting on a stage dedicated to pitches and showcases.
