Sales Manager - Focus on Affiliate Program (Remote)

The Role

  • Achieve sales goals set by the CEO
  • Execute and expand global sales activities with a focus on our affiliate program to achieve revenue, profit and profitability targets.
  • End-to-end customer support - initial contact, implementation phase and deepening the customer relationship.
  • Establishment of an international team with focus on Sales and Affiliate Program.
  • Establishment and measurement of appropriate KPIs.
  • Acquire and maintain current knowledge of competitor's position in marketplace and implement selling strategies to win business
  • Analysis, conception and optimization of the offer and price strategy in close coordination with the management.
  • Management of internal and external service providers

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience of demonstrated success in sales, affiliate marketing or media sales experience
  • Existing network of media, publishers and website operators
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • You are highly self-motivated, assertive and results-oriented
  • You have an independent, structured and solution-oriented way
  • Your strengths include the ability to work under pressure, as a team player, communication skills, strong presentation skills and distinct flexibility
